Inspection Norway

Last weekend, it was Norway’s turn to present its horses for inspection. Inspector Geertje van de Veen and chairman of the Dutch BPS Gorrit Kuipers, also aspering judge, saw a lot of quality and were able to grant no fewer than five stallions a breeding license, subject to positive DNA tests. This took place at the inspection in the east, near Oslo. The organization was handled by Camilla Nyhagen, who had arranged a beautiful location. At the request of the organizers, Laura Kompier and Nando Dirksen joined to present the horses.

The following day, they flew to the other side of Norway to conduct inspections at Tonje Solberg’s in Stavanger; photos of this event will follow. Below is a small impression of the inspection in the east.

This was the last inspection in Norway as an independently operating daughter organization. Starting next year, Norway will fall under BPS Scandinavia, together with Finland and Denmark.
